Therapy 2000 is recruiting a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-health services across Texas. You will evaluate and treat children, develop home exercise plans with families, and coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals to support each child’s growth and communication goals.
The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing education, and compliance with all regulatory and agency standards, with competitive benefits for full-time and part-time

- Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.

- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.

- Meet minimum weekly patient visits as required by the agency.
- Complete chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork on time.
