Job summary

Amazing Care is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy. You will work with children and families to support communication, feeding, and language goals using evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Texas license required and in good standing.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication with families.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
