Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy, helping children with communication, feeding, and language goals. Flexible scheduling supports part-time or full-time availability across Texas families.

You'll evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment, educate families, and document progress while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team. Emphasis on patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Texas with active license.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
