PediaStaff partners with outstanding pediatric therapy providers to connect SLPs with rewarding outpatient opportunities in New Albany, IN. You will work with a diverse caseload of children from birth to 18 in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

We offer mentorship for new graduates, flexible scheduling including later hours and Saturdays, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and work-life balance.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Assess ages 0–18 and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication across settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain licensure, ethics, and regulatory compliance; document evaluations and sessions
