PediaStaff is partnering with a pediatric therapy provider in Terre Haute, IN to recruit a Speech-Language Pathologist for an outpatient clinic. The role supports children 0-18 in a clinician-led environment with mentorship, flexible scheduling, and strong benefits.

Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with full-time and part-time options, and opportunities for growth within a family-focused organization. The position emphasizes individualized care and comprehensive family engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license (or in process).
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain licensure, ethics, and regulatory standards; document evaluations and sessions.
