Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes in Florida. The SLP will evaluate and treat, guide caregivers, and coordinate with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver license, with pediatric/home health experience preferred. Benefits include full benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure required to practice as an SLP.
• Valid driver license required for home health travel.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health.
• Perform evaluations focusing on receptive and expressive language, articulation, and related skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Communicate progress and home program details with families.
• Refer to appropriate services and maintain patient records.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain caseload productivity.
• Mentor students and new hires as needed.
