Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home-based pediatric cases in New York. Roles can be part-time or full-time, with a base salary of $80,000 per year and strong benefits including medical/dental, 401k after 3 months, 27 PTO days, and 9 holidays.

A personal driver service is available to travel to cases in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx. Sessions are 30 minutes each.

Qualifications

• Current NY State SLP Master’s program graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Speech and Language Rehabilitation needs and provide services per physician orders.
• Perform clinical tests to assess disorders and develop a Plan of Care with goals.
• Perform SLH procedures to achieve identified goals and instruct patients/family in use of modalities.
