Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric home health services across Pflugerville and surrounding areas. This full- or part-time role offers flexible hours and a supportive team, with per-visit compensation and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include designing child-focused therapy plans, coaching families, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients in home settings.
• Design individualized therapy plans aligned with family priorities.
• Teach and coach families with techniques to support progress outside sessions.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and other SLPs for comprehensive care.
• Track progress and outcomes in the EMR system.

Education
