Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies is looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide family-centered therapy in children’s homes across Texas. With a focus on improving communication and swallowing skills, SLPs will design personalized therapy plans and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay of $48.00 - $65.00 per visit, and a sign-on bonus. Join our supportive team culture and make a meaningful impact in children’s lives.

Qualifications

• Completed a Master’s program in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Hold (or be eligible for) a Texas SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome.
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Heart for helping children and families grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Help children improve communication and swallowing skills in a comfortable setting.
• Design therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals.
• Teach families techniques to continue progress outside of sessions.
• Work alongside PTs, OTs, and other SLPs for comprehensive care.
• Track progress and outcomes clearly in our EMR system.
