Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide hands-on therapy to children in their homes across Bastrop, TX and surrounding areas. The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, Texas licensure or eligibility, and ASHA CCC or CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for Texas SLP licensure.
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Committed to making a positive impact on kids and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapy for kids in their homes.
• Build personalized treatment plans aligned with developmental goals.
• Share practical strategies with families to promote carryover at home.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and SLPs for coordinated care.
• Keep documentation up to date in the EMR system.
