Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home-based pediatric therapy in Texas. You will design plans aligned to family goals and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support swallowing and communication development.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, Texas licensure (or eligibility), and ASHA CCC or CFY status. Flexible full-time/part-time schedules, generous benefits, and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome to apply.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Help children improve communication and swallowing skills in a home setting.
• Design therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals and family priorities.
• Teach and support families with techniques to continue progress outside sessions.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and other SLPs for team-based care.
• Track progress and outcomes clearly in our EMR system.
