Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home health across Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Cedar Park, North Austin and Leander.

You will create family-centered therapy plans, coach families on home activities, work with PTs/OTs, and document progress in our EMR system while enjoying flexible full- or part-time schedules and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Texas SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Heart for helping children and families grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Help children improve communication and swallowing skills at home.
• Design therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals and family priorities.
• Teach and support families to continue progress outside sessions.
• Collaborate with PTs, OT and other SLPs for team-based care.
• Track progress and outcomes in the EMR system.

Pay: $48.00 - $65.00 Per Visit; Bonus: Sign On Bonus up to $3,000 and Full Caseload!

What You’ll Do:

• Help children improve communication and swallowing skills in a setting where they feel comfortable — at home
• Design therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals and family priorities
• Teach and support families with techniques to continue progress outside of sessions
• Work alongside PTs, OTs, and other SLPs to ensure comprehensive, team-based care
• Track progress and outcomes clearly and efficiently in our EMR system

What You’ll Need:

• Completed a Master’s program in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Hold (or are eligible for) a Texas SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Heart for helping children and families grow and thrive
