Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy in-home across the Austin area, including Leander and nearby communities. You will design individualized plans, coach families, and collaborate with PTs/OTs to ensure coordinated care.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules with a pay range of $48–$65 per visit and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, plus a guaranteed full caseload and excellent benefits to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Texas SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Treat kids with communication and swallowing disorders at home.
• Design individualized therapy plans to meet developmental goals.
• Coach families on strategies to support progress.
• Work closely with PTs, OTs, and other SLPs for coordinated care.
• Document evaluations and progress clearly in our EMR system.
