CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a pediatric outpatient practice in the Jacksonville area. The role supports one-on-one therapy with children up to age 21 in a warm, collaborative clinic.

You will conduct evaluations, design individualized plans, and work with families to transfer skills home. The team emphasizes clinical judgment, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility to practice in Florida, including CF supervision requirements.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required for an otherwise strong fit.
• Warm, personable communication with children and families.
• Creative treatment ideas and flexibility for private-practice workflows.

Aufgaben

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed treatment for pediatric speech, language and communication needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions and maintain timely documentation.
• Partner with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
• Coordinate with other therapy disciplines to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
