Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a pediatric outpatient practice in the Jacksonville area. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy for children birth through 21, predominantly ages 2–8, with a collaborative interdisciplinary team and a supportive clinic culture.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide engaging, evidence-informed therapy for speech, language, and communication needs, with most sessions 30

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Florida licensure eligibility, including CF supervision requirements.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required for an otherwise strong fit.
• Warm, personable communication with children and families.
• Creative treatment ideas, flexibility, coachability and collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed treatment for pediatric speech, language and communication needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions and maintain timely documentation.
• Partner with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
• Coordinate with other therapy disciplines to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
