R.L. Barclay & Associates in the Jacksonville area is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a pediatric outpatient practice.

This full-time W-2 role involves conducting evaluations and delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy to children from birth through age 21, primarily ages 2–8, in a family-centered setting. You’ll work with a close-knit interdisciplinary team, enjoy a stable full-time schedule (Mon–Thu 8:00–5:30, Fri 8:00–12:00), and have opportunities for

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Florida licensure eligibility.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required for a strong fit.
• Warm, personable communication with children and families.
• Creative treatment ideas, flexibility, and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to private-practice workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed therapy for pediatric speech, language and communication needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain timely documentation.
• Partner with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
• Coordinate with other therapy disciplines to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
