SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric outpatient practice in the Jacksonville area, Yulee, FL. This full-time, W-2 role offers one-on-one pediatric therapy within a close-knit interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other clinicians. Competitive hourly pay, PTO, CE allowance, and retirement with 401(k) match are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Florida eligibility.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required for an otherwise strong fit.
• Warm, personable communication with children and families.
• Creative treatment ideas, flexibility, coachability and a collaborative mindset.

Aufgaben

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed treatment for pediatric speech, language and communication needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions and maintain timely documentation.
• Partner with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
• Coordinate with other therapy disciplines to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
