Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a private outpatient practice in the Jacksonville area. The role focuses on one-on-one pediatric therapy with strong collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and Florida licensure or CF supervision readiness. The clinic emphasizes family-centered care, flexible planning, and ongoing professional development with a full-time schedule

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility to practice in Florida.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required for a strong fit.
• Clinical Fellowship supervision requirements to be met for Florida practice.
• Warm, personable communication with children and families.
• Creative treatment ideas and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed pediatric treatment for speech, language and communication needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions and maintain timely documentation.
• Partner with caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
• Coordinate with other therapy disciplines to provide coordinated care.
