Qualifications

• Licensed as a California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Minimum 2 years experience in pediatric setting, outpatient preferred
• Livescan and TB test required; CPR Healthcare Provider card required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children following treatment plans.
• Document patient progress through daily notes.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Adapt materials to meet patient needs and goals.
• Work across clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken formats with the team.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and administrative staff.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
