Leaps and Bounds Pediatric Therapy in Norco, CA seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our growing team. We provide therapy across clinic, ranch, and telehealth settings for children.

You will deliver direct SLP services, document progress, prepare materials, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing training. A CA SLP-A license, pediatric experience, Livescan, TB, CPR, and 7pm weekday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Valid California License as Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
• At least 2 years in pediatric outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children; follow documented treatment plans.
• Document patient progress toward goals with daily notes.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for activities.
• Adapt or modify materials as needed for patients.
• May work in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral form; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other related duties.
