Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California License as an SLP-A.
• Minimum 2 years in pediatric outpatient settings preferred.
• Clear Livescan, TB test, CPR Certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children and follows documented treatment plans or protocols.
• Document patient progress towards established goals through daily notes.
• Prepare therapy materials and/or equipment for use in therapy activities.
• Adapt or modify materials and equipment as determined by the needs of the patient.
• May work in clinic, ranch or tele health services.
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
• Collaborate with team members of other disciplines as well as administrative staff.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
