Leaps and Bounds Pediatric Therapy seeks a licensed Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team in California. We offer pediatric therapy across clinic, ranch, and telehealth settings with a focus on collaboration and growth.

The ideal candidate will hold a California SLP Assistant license, have at least two years of pediatric experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings.

Qualifications

• California License as Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• 2+ years experience in pediatric setting preferred.
• Clear Livescan.
• TB Test.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children per treatment plans.
• Document patient progress with daily notes.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment.
• Adapt materials to patient needs and settings (clinic, ranch, telehealth).
• Communicate effectively in oral and written format; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
