Leaps and Bounds Pediatric Therapy is hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our expanding outpatient team in California. You will provide direct speech and language therapy to children, document progress, and help tailor sessions to each child’s goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California SLPA license.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric outpatient experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric setting and collaborate with therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children and follow documented treatment plans.
• Document patient progress toward goals through daily notes.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for therapy activities.
• Adapt or modify materials and equipment to meet patient needs.
• May work in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings.
• Communicate effectively in oral and written formats and collaborate with the team.
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform other related duties.
