Smiles in Motion Pediatric Dentistry in Wisconsin seeks a caring Scheduling & Financial Coordinator to create exceptional patient experiences while supporting high-quality dental care.

This role manages the patient schedule, greets families, handles insurance verification and payments, and supports treatment presentation. You will travel between Hudson and Amery, working full-time with 34–37 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Manages patient scheduling and verifies insurance eligibility.
• Collects and posts payments; explains treatment costs to families.
• Travels between Hudson and Amery locations as required.
• Excellent communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients and families.
• Set up new patient visits and collect information.
• Check in patients and monitor schedule throughout the day.
• Schedule follow-up and continuing care appointments.
• Enter insurance details and answer benefit questions.
• Submit insurance claims and prior authorizations.
• Collect and post payments at point of service or by mail/phone.
• Perform other duties as needed.
