Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated receptionist to support the Dental Center. You will triage calls, collect patient demographics and billing information, manage daily schedules, and schedule appointments to keep the clinic running smoothly.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced dental setting. This is an on-site position at our Wisconsin location.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED/HSED or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience
• Prior experience in a dental setting
• Typing at least 35 words per minute preferred for data entry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Triages phone calls and obtains necessary demographics and financial information for registration and billing
• Manages daily schedules and schedules patient appointments
• Performs general receptionist duties and supports the Dental Center operations
