Job summary

Voorhees Pediatric Facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to organize and direct nursing staff on a night shift. The RN supervisor will oversee 20-25 RN, LPN and CNA staff, ensuring high-quality skilled nursing care and strict regulatory compliance.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, a nursing degree, and at least three years of nursing experience including leadership. CPR certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current NJ RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum three years nursing experience.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Current/Active CPR Certification (AHA or ARC).
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs work on assigned shift for 20-25 RN, LPN, CNA staff.
• Provides leadership and guidance to nursing and other staff.
• Assumes oversight for the building and staff.
• Ensures compliance with policy, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Maintains effective communication with residents, families, agencies, physicians, and referrals.
• Collaborates with other departments, especially Respiratory.
