Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing or active multistate license with PA authorization.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Clinical judgment for medically complex pediatric residents.
• Strong communication, organization, and team-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight throughout the assigned shift.
• Support nurses and direct-care team members in delivering safe, individualized care.
• Monitor resident needs and coordinate timely responses to changes in condition.
• Serve as a clinical resource for guidance, escalation, or assistance.
• Promote clear communication during shift changes and reporting.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and partners to maintain continuity of care.
• Reinforce clinical standards, accountability, and a calm, coordinated environment.
• Help create a workplace where staff feel supported and residents are treated with dignity.
