Pediatric Specialty Care is seeking an RN Supervisor in Point Pleasant, PA, for part-time or full-time 12-hour shifts. Night differential is available, with day and night options and a rotating schedule.

The role focuses on shift leadership, ensuring high-quality care for medically complex pediatric residents. Qualified candidates hold a PA RN license in good standing, have nursing leadership experience, and can guide the nursing team in a fast-paced pediatric long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing or active multistate license with PA authorization.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Clinical judgment for medically complex pediatric residents.
• Strong communication, organization, and team-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight throughout the assigned shift.
• Support nurses and direct-care team members in delivering safe, individualized care.
• Monitor resident needs and coordinate timely responses to changes in condition.
• Serve as a clinical resource for guidance, assistance, or escalation.
• Promote clear communication during shift changes and handoffs.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary partners to maintain continuity of care.
• Reinforce clinical standards and a calm, well-coordinated care environment.
• Help create a workplace where residents are treated with dignity and respect.
