Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families and regulatory agencies.
• Minimum 4+ years nursing experience; minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, and timely services.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition.
• Prioritize care and manage multiple residents based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership to foster a positive work environment.
