Jeffers, Mann and Artman Pediatric (JMA) is seeking a full-time RN Nursing Supervisor for our Wake Forest office. The role focuses on overseeing clinical operations, ensuring efficient patient care, and guiding staff training and development. Qualified candidates hold an active NC RN license, current CPR/BLS, and demonstrable clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in North Carolina.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proven clinical leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient patient care, monitoring clinic/provider schedules for workflow.
• Ensure staff training on clinical care and facilitate education.
• Manage supplies, equipment, budgeting, compliance, and reporting as needed.
• Multitask duties while making critical clinical decisions for the clinic.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, training, and discipline with manager approval.
• Ensure compliance with office and clinical policies and procedures; help develop updated policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the EMR system.
• Conduct intermittent audits of clinical processes and promote staff development with feedback.
• Provide weekend cross-coverage and support for other facilities as required.
• Support the Clinical Manager.
