JMA Pediatrics - Jeffers, Mann & Artman in Wake Forest, North Carolina, is seeking a full-time RN Nursing Supervisor to lead clinic operations and ensure top-quality patient care. The role demands strong clinical leadership and hands-on supervision of staff to maintain efficient workflows.

The successful candidate will hold an active NC RN license with CPR/BLS certification, plus pediatric nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license to practice in North Carolina.
• Must have current CPR and BLS certification.
• Clinical leadership and supervisory experience.
• Nursing experience.
• Pediatrics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient patient care, including monitoring of clinic/provider schedules for effective workflow.
• Ensures clinical staff are properly trained in clinical care and provides training and education.
• Manages ordering and maintenance of supplies and equipment; assists with budget development, compliance, and reporting as necessary.
• Multitasks duties while making critical clinical decisions to support clinic needs.
• Ensures appropriate staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, termination, training, and discipline within authority and with Clinical Manager/Practice Administrator consent.
• Ensures compliance with office and clinical policies and procedures; assists in development and maintenance of policies.
• Develops, facilitates, and supports EMR implementation and maintenance.
• Provides intermittent audits of clinical processes and promotes staff development with timely feedback.
• Provides cross-coverage for weekends and other facilities as required.
• Supports the Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient patient care, including monitoring of clinic/provider schedules for effective workflow


• Assures that clinical staff are properly trained regarding the clinical care of patients. Facilitates training and education


• Manages ordering and maintenance of supplies and equipment and is fiscally responsible. Assist with budget development, compliance, and reporting as necessary


• Multitasking of duties while making critical clinical decisions to help facilitate the needs in clinic


• Assures appropriate staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, terminating, training, and discipline within area of responsibility/licensure and with the consent of Clinical Manager, Partners and the Practice Administrator


• Assures compliance to all office and clinical policies and procedures with fair and accurate monitoring. Assists in development and maintenance of policies and procedures


• Develop, facilitate, and support implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records system


• Provides intermittent audits of clinical processes and able to promote staff development and training with timely feedback


• Provide cross coverage for weekends and other facilities as required.

Qualifications

• * Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of North Carolina.


• * Must have current CPR, BLS certification.


• * Clinical Leadership and Supervisory experience.


• * Nursing experience.


• *Pediatrics experience a plus!
