MercyOne Health System in Des Moines, Iowa is seeking a Night Shift registered nurse to work in our 6-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and 16-bed pediatric unit. You’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care and coordinate with a dedicated care team to support our patients and families.

Qualified candidates will hold an Iowa RN license, be BLS certified, and be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Current Iowa RN license or compact licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certified within six weeks of hire.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, plans, and implements nursing care for PICU patients.
• Coordinates care with physicians, families, and healthcare staff.
• Supervises patient care tasks and monitors equipment.
• Responds to emergencies and performs CPR as needed.
