Provide meaningful, relationship‑based 1:1 pediatric care for a medically fragile infant who requires skilled, attentive nursing support. Affiliated Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an immediate pediatric case in Andover, NJ.

Infant: Born at 22 weeks Diagnoses:
Ultrashort bowel syndrome
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD)
Pulmonary hypertension
G‑tube feeds
Catheterizations
The patient requires consistent monitoring, respiratory support, nutritional management, and gentle, attentive care.
Flexible scheduling available Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts may be arranged based on nurse availability
Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
Manage G‑tube feedings, nutritional support, and medication administration
Perform catheterizations as ordered
Monitor respiratory status and provide supportive care related to BPD and pulmonary hypertension
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the family and pediatric clinical leadership
Support the infant’s developmental comfort and daily routine
RN: $45/hr
LPN: $40/hr
Active New Jersey RN or LPN License
Preferred pediatric or NICU experience
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
