Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nursing (Liberty, NJ)

Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a rewarding home care setting. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support.

This is a wonderful opportunity to build a lasting relationship with a child and family while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of their home.

Available Shifts

Coverage Needed:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 24 hours per week
• Consistent daytime schedule

About the Case

• Pediatric patient receiving care in the home setting
• G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Pay Rate

LPN: Up to $40/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred
• Current BLS Certification
