Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric track. The role involves delivering evidence-based nursing care, coordinating patient plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an ASN with a BSN preferred, carry an Indiana RN license (or NLC), and have BLS at minimum. Additional ALS certifications may be required per unit, all within IU Health standards.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN.
• Graduated from nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions possible with 2+ years acute care.
• BLS certification required; additional ALS certifications may be required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum.
• Participate in teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to ANA scope and standards and ethical guidelines.
