Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics who recently graduated or upcoming graduate. You will provide evidence-based care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families throughout the care continuum in a dynamic pediatric setting.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN with BSN preferred, an active IN RN license (or NLC), and BLS certification; advanced life support credentials may be required per unit.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
• Requires an active RN license in Indiana or an active NLC RN license.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required.
• Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching and mentoring with the team.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient plans.
• Adhere to ANA standards and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
