Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric homecare team in Troy, TX 76501. This role provides essential in-home nursing for children, including complex care such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilator support, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric in-home nursing including feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status per care plan.
• Document care using the in-home tablet and coordinate with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
