Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home care in Troy, TX. Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexible full-time/part-time or PRN options tailored to your availability.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component or ability to obtain after hire.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric home healthcare per prescribed plan.
• Administer medications and manage feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilation as directed.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
