Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in Troy, TX. Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays, 7AM–7PM, with full-time, part-time, or PRN options.

We support a culture built on care, diversity, and patient outcomes, with 24/7 local clinician support and electronic documentation. Active RN license in the state, CPR, TB test, and a willingness to transfer compact licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in patients' homes.
• Document care using Aveanna tablet and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to achieve clinical outcomes.
