Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home care in Troy, TX (76501). The role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN.

Responsibilities include caring for patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration, while ensuring safety and compassionate care for children.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) – Assistance with obtaining after hire may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric home healthcare with compassion to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
