Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a pediatric RN for the Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The role requires 1+ year of pediatric experience and offers a sign-on bonus up to $10k. The RN will provide direct patient care, develop care plans, and support family education.

Responsibilities include medication administration, IV therapy, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes. BSN preferred and AZ RN licensure required prior to start.

• Proficient in IV therapy and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data in a systematic manner and develop a care plan.
• Identify patient-centered outcomes and plan continuity of care with family involvement.
• Administer medications and therapies, monitor patient response, and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
• Support clinical knowledge advancement and mentor new staff and students.
