Tucson Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse – Pediatrics for the 3 - Night Shift. This 33-bed unit cares for newborns through young adults with private rooms and a family-centered approach.

The role requires a BS degree preference, AZ RN licensure, and BLS; EP experience is a plus, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for 2+ years in pediatrics. The RN will coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, monitor patients for stability, and participate in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• RN license in Arizona and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes.
• Develop and update individual care plans.
• Complete rounds and review patient statuses with the team.
• Notify physicians of deviations or emergencies.
• Educate patients and families and provide instructional materials.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Ensure aseptic technique and safe IV administration when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
