ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Pediatrician in Monroe, MI. This position involves pediatric care with a focus on preventive health and patient education, in a setting that supports collaboration with families and healthcare teams.

The role requires MD/DO, board eligibility/certification, and AHA certifications. Expect competitive compensation, sign-on options, relocation assistance, and access to Epic EMR tools. Relocation and CME support are offered.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics.
• Current AHA certification applicable to the role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS).

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric care with emphasis on preventive care and patient education.
• Manage a patient volume of about 25 patients per day.
• Rotate weekend and holiday coverage.
• Handle newborn nursery call averaging 8–10 weeks per year.

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
