Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 3 years of recent nursing experience in Pediatrics/PICU or NICU with progressive leadership in hospital setting.
• Active Maryland Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• S.T.A.B.L.E., NRP and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Children's Services Nurse Manager in leading daily pediatric unit operations.
• Drive improvements in patient outcomes, patient experience, and patient throughput.
• Promote staff engagement and support the development of the nursing team.
• Assist with fiscal management of the unit.
• Lead and support change management initiatives within Children's Services.
