Intermedia Group Inc. seeks an RN Assistant Nurse Manager for Inpatient Peds/PICU & NICU in Baltimore, evenings/nights. Supports Children’s Services Nurse Manager and staff to improve patient outcomes and experience.

Requires BSN, 3+ years pediatric nursing with PICU/NICU, and progressive leadership. Maryland license; BLS/NRP/PALS/STABLE within 6 months. Relocation assistance available for this full-time role focusing on operations, staff engagement, throughput, and fiscal management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience in Peds/PICU or NICU with progressive leadership experience (charge, precepting, etc.) required.
• Current Maryland or COMPACT Registered Nurse License; BLS, STABLE, NRP, PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evenings/nights schedule for the RN Assistant Nurse Manager.
• Support the Children’s Services Nurse Manager and staff.
• Improve patient outcomes, patient experience, throughput, staff engagement, operations, and fiscal/change management.

Connaissances
