Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate RN to provide 1:1 pediatric in-home nursing for a patient in Vernon, NJ. The role involves tracheostomy, ventilator care and G-J tube management, with long-term scheduling on a 24/7 case.

You will join a supportive pediatric team delivering high-quality, family-centered care in the home setting, with opportunities for flexible day/night shifts and consistent hours.

Competenze

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Experience with trach, ventilator and G-J tube care preferred.
• Current BLS certification and US work authorization.

Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care for a medically complex pediatric patient requiring around-the-clock skilled nursing support.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a pediatric patient in Vernon, NJ requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-J tube care.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact while providing high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of the patient’s home. We are actively building coverage for a 24/7 case and are seeking dedicated nurses interested in long-term, consistent hours.

About the Case

• Medically complex pediatric patient
• Trach and ventilator dependent
• G-J tube feedings and care
• Requires skilled respiratory monitoring and airway management
• One-on-one nursing care in the home setting
• Long-term case with consistent scheduling opportunities
• Supportive family and clinical team

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
• Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator support
• Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management as ordered
• Administer and monitor G-J tube feedings
• Assess respiratory status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

RN: Up to $45/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-J tube care preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
