Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Liberty, NJ is seeking a compassionate RN to provide skilled 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a private duty home setting. The case involves G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support for a pediatric patient.

This role offers a consistent daytime schedule with shifts Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 24 hours per week. You will work with a supportive family and clinical team to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability.
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
• Perform routine G-tube care and assessments.
• Monitor the patient’s overall health status and report changes as appropriate.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support.

Available Shifts

Coverage Needed

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
