Job summary

Affimed Home Care is seeking compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one home-based care for pediatric clients throughout Fairfield County, CT. This per diem role offers flexible shifts and direct deposit benefits. A strong focus on family-centered care and clinical support is emphasized.

Required CT RN license and BLS, with preferred pediatric home-care experience. Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation are advantageous for patients’ in-home visits.

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license is required to practice in patients' homes.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum one year pediatric nursing experience preferred (home/hospital/acute).
• Authorized to work in the United States with valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical within 12 months and TB screening or chest X-ray where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients' homes.
• Coordinate with families and clinical team to plan care.
• Adhere to RN scope of practice and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X‑ray, if applicable
