Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes across Fairfield County, CT.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum of one year pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the home.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans.
