Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current License as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.
• Certification by the NBRC as either CRT or RRT.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides leadership to Respiratory Care staff.
• Coordinates chart audits and quality improvement activities.
• Ensures safe administration of medications and maintenance of Respiratory Care equipment.
• Serves as a resource to Medical Staff and other departments.
• Delivers patient-centered care with attention to age-specific needs and privacy.
